Illegal Alien Crime
Estuardo Alvarado, a 45-year-old Mexican illegal alien struck and killed Sandra Duran while fleeing the scene after hitting a parked car. The killer had been deported five times previously and has been charged with at least 20 felonies since 1990.
Alvarado struck a parked car on February 19. After briefly stopping at the scene, he decided to flee the scene at a high speed.
It was at this point that Alvarado ran a red light and t-boned Sandra Duran’s car. In the vehicle were Sandra’s son, Christian, and his girlfriend.
Sandra was killed instantly. Her own son had to watch his mother die in the seat next to him.
To top it all off, Estuardo Alvarado was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
He has been charged with five felonies including murder and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and is being held on $2.23 million bail.
This illegal alien has been in and out of jails for years. Instead of handing him over to ICE, these sanctuary cities kept letting him out.
And now an innocent woman is dead…
